Digital video camcorders come in a variety of styles for each consumer. Individuals can choose to have digital recorders that record on tape, DVD, or to the hard drive that is located inside the camcorder. The digital camcorder that is most popular and most reasonably priced is the one that uses the Mini DV tape. These run for approximately three hundred dollars and are the easiest to operate for those who are not interested in editing or dealing with an array of functions.
